What is IRC?
"IRC" treatment (Infrared Coagulation) is done in our office. The preparation is two fleet enemas administered two hours prior to procedure with a clear liquid diet the day before. Patient can have nothing to eat or drink six hours prior to the test. This is a quick procedure and takes approximately five minutes.
